This section will grow constantly to answer the basic questions about EditMaker.

• Why is it important to close the editor correctly?
  • Because if not, the session will be left open during 15 minutes from the moment we close the window. This means that the server will have appointed resources to that determined user during fifteen extra minutes. The editions can not be changed if there is more than one user working inside the editor and changing the edition. If the editor is not shut correctly another person that wants to change the edition will have to wait 15 extra minutes until the session disappears from the server due to inactivity.
  
  
• What is the meaning of the line T:.. P:.. U:.. that appears in the editor?
  • It is an informative line. It shows constantly the number of the work edition (T), the number of the published edition (P), and finally, the number of the last created edition (U). The do not have to coincide.
  
  
• What does the button (O, which appears in the editor, mean?
  • It is a button for visualizing the work edition as it will be shown in the moment of its publication. This is convenient when the work edition differs from the published edition.

• Do I have to write the "<br>" when I edit/insert news?
  • No, it is not necessary. The "<br>" are introduced automatically.
  
  
• Can the news be erased?
  • Yes, since version 3.0. The editor erases news definitively.

• How many elements can a menu have?
  • Up to 256 elements.
  
  
• Can a single menu have several styles?
  • Yes, the editor can assign a generic style for the menu, but for every option the style can be changed individually. This is possible from version 3.0.

• How many elements can a poll have?
  • As many as you want.
  
  
• What is the "lowest limit" in a poll?
  • The lowest limit in a poll is a determined number from which the answers of the persons that have participated in the poll is shown. Until that determined number of anwers is reached, only the percentages will be shown. Therefore, if we want the number of participants to be seen from the beginning, will have to set the limit to 0.

• Can the editions be erased?
  • Yes, since version 5.0. The editor erases editions definitively.
  
  
• What do I do if by mistake I have duplicated an edition?
  • From version 5.0 it is possible to erase it. However, it is also possible to make the most of the edition to be erased, by deleting all the news and changing the associated date. If we fill it with valid information, there is no need to erase it.
